Easy just to get a scrap bumper and cut it up. Or find another source using the same plastic code ie PP

Expanding foam, saw off excess, sand down, fibre glass, sand down, prime paint. That should do it well

Filler will crack and fall out as the bumper flexes.

U can get plastics filler which is designed for bumpers
If it ain't green and black send it back :D

Even that is not brilliant if the plan is to only use it and nothing else.

Tbh mate i did my body kit with it and it never had a problem tbh but the best way for a guarantee to work is to plastic weld

I thought you were joking about the expanding foam :lol:

Came out way better than I thought it would have
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway :thumbs:

As awesome as that is its ugly as poo :lol:
