Why though? I dont see the logic behind that? The way i see it is that the theory test is easily passed so when you get the full you prove your a roadworthy driver therefore your insurance should go down?

my first year my insurance was 1400, you have to get it cheaper than 3k a year mate
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway
