Thanks did it today needs another coat of paint and clear then done I'm pleased it's not perfect but it's good.

How did the foam hold on the bumper mate did it work or has it cracked

I put some on, let that dry then sawed off the foam to be flush with the bumper then foamed again till all the recess was solid with foam. I did that about 3 times. Then filled it.i brought the wrong type of filler I brought fibreglass filler and then sanded down then normal filler.
the surface was clean and I used a coarse sandpaper.for the foam to stick to.
