It's just the front bumper mate, can't put a badgeless grille on it [EYES] went to look at a 6n2 today and I was really impressed, might go for it there was just a couple of little things i'm getting him to look at for me. Was struggling to get it into reverse and the clutch felt weird

Ahaha well I'm sure you could pick up a different bumper ahh the 6n2! Another car I wanted to get i think the gearbox on 6n2's tend to go quite often my friend has a silver one and recently his just went! So make sure it isn't going at all!

Yeah i've been told, it's hard to tell though they usually just go suddenly. It seemed fine to me when I was test driving it

Yeah that's near enough the only downfall of the polo tbh! But if it felt okay that's all good I guess, has he had the gearbox changed at all? If not I reckon you'll end up having to do it rather soon :L

He said he has service history but no receipts which kind of bugs me but we'll see. I'd love to get a LET but it's just running costs mate, especially as a student. I will one day

Yeah it was good mate, got him to look over the gearbox and pedal box again and he said they're fine. Paintwork was ok and I reckon I could fix a lot of it, just really don't know whether to go for it

Even better, you'll have a Polo friend close by mate The problem with every B i've been to look at is s**t bodywork. I know I should be expecting it from such an old car really, but some of them are awful, just rust everywhere. That's why I stopped looking at B's really

Well police have just visited me about mine, and he's convinced it's in a lock up somewhere being stripped for parts due to it looking clean and good condition :/ and my gf's parents have said if I get a job they'll give me money to get another car, but the only cars I can find locally that actually look good and would be worth it are the corsa C's

What's all your opinions on them? I would love another B but I don't think anyone wants me to get another one next
