Hi All
So after getting fed up with the annual clutch cable replacement decided to replace the clutch pedal on my 2004 Corsa B. And now I'm stuck at step 1, removing the pedal and housing.
Removed a nut at the lowest part of the housing where a mounting point protrudes out the foot well and removed the bolt at the top part of the housing under the steering wheel fitted right to left.
I can jiggle the mounting but it is not coming off and I do not want to put too much pressure since I might have missed a mounting point.
Any ideas?

Re: Removing the clutch pedal and housing
Probably should have added I'm in South Africa.
Here the last iteration of Corsa B was face lifted twice sold under the Opel Corsa Lite brand sold until 2012. The clutch pedal in question is the one with the plastic groove and pins on top.
In any case found the mystery bolt, it goes through the firewall from inside the engine bay,
