Strange one. after having been plagued by emission to pass the test I replaced most of the stuff under the bonnet including the throttle body and position sensor and idle control valve.
Starts well and runs very well, emission are well down and fuel consumption is good now, BUT... it is running weak, running on after switch off, pinking and showing fault '44', how can I enrich the mix to overcome this? I can't find a mixture screw as such anywhere.
TPS voltage is spot on at .42V

Re: running week
Could do with getting a live data check done and watch the values as its running you should then find out what's going on

Re: running week
Could be the fuel pump not pumping enough fuel through to the injector...could be a clogged fuel filter preventing enough fuel getting through, a problem with the fuel pressure regulator or even dirty injectors. Could be a vacuum leak to...
Strange you say it runs really well though, usually when a cars running lean then it has a misfire or hesitation on acceleration etc!
