tensioner problem

thanks to everyone for helping with my other problems. i have another one, looking down on the auxiliary belt the belt looks like its slipping off the tensioner wheel, its shifted towards the drivers side wheel by about 5 or 6 mm, the tensioner wheel also seems like its loose or bent. ill try to get some pictures tomorrow. its a 1.4 6v corsa capital
