UV leak detection kit

UV leak detection kit
Trawling through eBay and stumbled across a UV kit to find leaks in your cooling system seems like a handy thing to have. Anybody ever used one of these? I looked for reviews but found nothing not sure how effective it would be or whether or not it may gum up your coolant system

I know a guy how used one once 
he said it worked, but wasn't just easy to spot the dye either and it'd have been as quick to find it using a bit of paper towel

Haha I didn't think they would be that effective! They have an equivalent for oil and fuel I imagine that one would work pretty well..
