sooner i get this back the better, just had another dream that the bonnet was yes all the same colour, but it was badly welded together it look like Frankenstein. you could see all the weld lines as if the bonet was made up like a jigsaw of around 8 different sections to make one bonnet.

Think he's on acid
If it doesn't fit,

If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

The damage has been fixed and ready for paint.
The new bonnet has been sanded down to bare metal and resprayed.
I'm told most of the car has been masked off and ready for paint.
The door handles and boot grip are going to be color coded.

i think its gona look brand new

Cant wait

Damaged passenger side all fixed up and resprayed.
Door handles and boot grip smoothed and colour coded.
whole car sprayed not one scrape. ( Roof was not sprayed only needed t-cut )
All GSI Trim removed and re-bonded with no gaps and again re-sprayed.

Il get some good pics in the morning.

Been Flat out doing jobs today so didnt get a chance to take any pics today.

worked that hard tho that i treated myself to a set of Smoked Depo headlights to go with the new bonnet i think they will look 10 times better.
Plus my Driver side headlight motor was broken so it should fix that problem i hope.

£45 + £6 postage

Car looks awesome mate :) really makes me want to pull the finger out and get my kit and bad boy bonnet sprayed and fitted

I have to nit pick though, could the body shop not have got the bumper to fit right on the passenger side? I only say because it sticks out now the rest of the car is perfect

what do you mean ? where did you notice,

Before i started the car my Gf damaged the front due to black ice and went into the back of someone, i should have a pic of the damage.

I remember it was very hard to fit the GSI bumper, we did the best we could at the time. im almost afraid to remove it in case i cant get it back in place again lol

I really love how it turned out tho.

I do need new brakes and hand brake all redone next.

Looks tidy. Love that gsi kit and nice to see you've got the badge on the front and not blanked. Looks much nicer. Get some coilys on it now lol
