Yeah I had 20 mil vented discs with standard calipers, I'll be honest though on a corsa vented discs are wasted, I had the same brake fad with solid as with vented it's only since getting the carbon discs I don't experience it but they just melt standard pads
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

yea my wee 1.2 16v is fairly standard. I've just tried to make it as young and modern looking without looking OTT.

Il stick to the solid discs for now. il check the progress of my discs this weekend and see how the new pads are settling in and order up replacement solid discs this weekend.

I have Ta Technix coilovers and they have good handling. Also the ride is still comfortable unless you lower the front as far as it goes.

Bang for buck, shock and spring beats coilovers

I have fk high sport shocks and 75 mil front 50 rear springs and it's far better than the mid range coilovers I had, and there 10x better handling than budget coilovers

Cost around 200 euro shipped from Germany

so basically this is what i need ?

Drops the car maybe 60 front / 40 back and maybe improves the ride ?

might be good just to lower the car. and im sure the suspension i have is the original only thing that has changed was the rear springs my cars about 15 year old now.
So im sure anything new will be better than whats on the car at the moment.

i just want to take some of the height out of the car to give it a better stance. and if it improves the ride cant beat it for £120ish thats cheap.

Mine came with red springs even though the pic was yellow. If your not lowering it as far as the coilovers go (which is really low at the front) the ride is alot stiffer feeling for handling, but not to stiff comfort wise. So since your only going down 60-70mm it will handle better and still be good and comfy.
