auto box

Hi all just found forum so new here first post.
Had to change my radiator on corsa B 1994 3 door auto merit ever since the gearbox S light is flashing topped up with transmission fluid but light
still flashing and then goes into limp mode beginning to get on my nerves now gearbox was fine before removing raditator help please.

Have you got any leaks
Did go through the gears with the engine

went though gears with engine running even took it round the block couple of times light does go out
but when in drive and it changes too second the light starts flashing then back in limp mode,
NO leaks

Need to get the codes read it sounds like a pressure fault
Could be down to the oil level you did use auto oil
To refill sounds daft but I have seen it where people
Have put normal transmission fluid it auto boxes

You just have a blockage in the trans cooler or pipe work

Did you flush after the old rad came out?

If not drop a top hose and bottom hose and stick the hose down there run it through till the water is clear then start again top up fluid etc.

Could be something got wet? Don't know anything about the auto box on these, might have soaked a sensor on the box or even the block that affects the engine. First thing I would try is a rad flish

@Coupe77 how do i get rid of blockage in the trans cooler or pipework????

Flush the pipe work. Like if a drain is blocked you put dyno rods in. Should clear it unless it's bad

dont need to flush radiator its the AUTO BOX cooler that im after sorting

And the pipe work or cooler has a blockage?? So flush the blockage out....?
