Anyone fitted a tow bar?
I've bought a tow bar. And can't see how it fits. I'll try and post a pic but does anyone have a guide?

The two pieces of flat bar on the right of the pic. The bolts that are in those have a 'sheath' what's that for?! And why are those bolts so long if they only have to go through the boot floor

I haven't had a proper nose yet but I saw no distinguishing makers mark. I think it's all there I've saw similar on eBay I just didn't understand why the bolts are so long but I think they might go through the rear chassis legs..

This is an ambitious mod. A standard engine b can bearly pull the skin off a rice pudding never mind a trailer like

1.7d izuzu is a machine.. 1.4 8v hi torque isn't bad either. But regardless it won't be used for towing haha it's just to put my bike rack on to.
Think I've sussed it now. Gave up trying to do it on my own and asked me dad to do it with me at the unit one weekend

Lift up the boot carpet and you should see some dimples
In the floor they will line up with holes in your chassis
You should also have some spacer tubes that fit between the boot floor
And tow bar
You might have to remove the plastic boot
Trim and tap into the rear light loom to get
Your feeds for the 7 pin socket

Just remembered you have the b van found it on your project log. Dropping the fuse box seems a lot of work! Where did u get the relay from bud?

Re: Anyone fitted a tow bar?
I got the relay at cliffords of Brighton. £5. eBay has them too. I didn't drop the fuse box in the end. Just loosened it. Then my mate with girl hands managed to get the extra connection in the back.
