Have you tried cleaning the throttle housing at all as it could be a possible problem

It turning over for 5-10 seconds, then misfires badly and slooowly starts, revs literally increase from 0 to 2 within 5 seconds, then no more misfires. Not like when engine is cold and it starts straight away to 1.5k revs.

Few seconds, and slowly moves to 0.8 revs.
What I'm thinking is: what if I will do the paper clip test and take a video of eml light blinking? Also, is it ok to do paper clip when I drive?

Unsure if you can connect a scanner or do paper clip as you drive, never had a need to try. Besides you would need about four hands haha.

Nope. Checked today.
When the engine is cold it starts as a new car. But when its warm, its a nightmare

Long shot, any damage to the wiring loom?

If the connection for the cts for example was bad it would cause a similar problem as if the cts itself was f**k

I have no idea about wiring. And what is cts?

Coolant temp sensor.

Only other idea I have for now is an immobiliser problem.

I changed CTS, no difference other than now fan kicks in nearly at 100. With old CTS it was kicking in at around 95-96.

I bought a second hand coil pack with leads. And no difference. Problem is still there. Car poorely starts when its warm.
I've done paperclip test. Found these 2 faults:
1405 Exhaust Gas Re-circulation (EGR) valve n/a
0115 Intake Coolant Temperature Sesnor (CTS) n/a
I blanked my egr about 2 weeks ago, (car is not jerking anymore). can that be the reason of this fault?
And CTS was replaced about a month ago.
Any suggestions?
