EML light come on and off, car is jerking, sometimes does no

hi guys could this be the same problem im having with my wifes 3 cylinder the eml comes on after about ten miles after you turn off the engine and when you start it again it comes on the goes off after the minutes

Is this just the eml going on and off is the engine doing anything problematic?

Sounds like an air leak to why it idles so high
The best way to find out what is going on would be to get a data logger and look at the data or get a live data check done when the fault is showing
As it sounds you got an electric fault

My car started doing this too!
It hasn't yet cut out, and it's very healthy seeing as it's corsa b 2000!
