Speedo with Rev counter
Hi all, just purchased a second hand speedo off eBay with Rev counter to replace mine which does not have one. Went to do it today and replace bulbs but found out that my car has a speedo cable and the new speedo has nowhere to fix it. Can this be done or have I wasted my money. Cheers

Re: Speedo with Rev counter
It can but its a lot of messing about you will need to fit a speed transducer on the speedo drive get hold of the multi plug at the back of the clocks wire that in and find the engine pulse wire and wire it to the plug to get the electric speedo to work with the Rev counter

I might need a set of clocks with a speedo cable after xmas and im nearly sure mines the electrical type.. if it comes to it I could do a swap with you? Low milage clocks here. Its not for definate as im only 90% sure mines electrical.geminii wrote:Whoosh straight over my head. May need to stick with old clocks thanks anyway.
