i\'ve just taken my mum shopping (arnt i a nice boy :p) and when i\'ve been putting the stuff in the boot i\'ve noticed the rubbers missing off my back window. who in their right mind steals a rubber?? i have a feeling i know why they removed it. i\'m guessing they were trying to remove the back window to get my 6x9\'s but for f**k sake there jbl ones theres a big orange badge that says jbl noone would buy them if they were stolen and you can get new ones for £30. if i find out who did it there going to get a close up of the undeside of my car when i run them over after breaking theire leg
wouldnt have thought much £10, maybe. £20 most. was it daylight when they tried a sophisticated break in? surprised they didnt try the old screw driver lock trick
i actually think someone tryed that on my boot a bit back as the key wouldnt fit in the lock properly and it wouldnt turn easily but after a little persuasion it turned and locked properly. i\'ve been and got some acoustic carpet off ebay and i\'ve got some spare mdf in the shed so i\'ll be making myself a stelth shelf but untill then i think i\'ll wire up my factory speakers and take out my shelf. hopefully that\'ll stop people trying to break in. i\'m pretty sure it was removed over the weekend coz i\'m 90% sure it was there on saturday morning when i finished work.
i\'m also pretty sure they are just after the speakers if there trying to break in as i have a huge yellow stoplock that covers 2/3 of the steering wheel and you can see the alarm light from the pavement as you walk past
