You\'ve done some engine work to yours haven\'t you poundie? Thought you had ported and polished head etc. What kind of power you got cos i\'ve got same engine and wanna know if it\'s worth doing head work on mine?

i wanna know what gains i can get from doing stuff to 1.4.think gettin 22ps from a dblias inlet manifold is a bit unrealistic but might get one just to see what it does. I\'ve decided i don\'t want a 2 litre and am gonna stick with the 1.4 and tune that.

Gettign hol dof a 4.18 final drive ratio CWP will drop the times loads, but then you have to put up with a over revvign engin eon the motorway.

When i swapped form a 3.94 to a 4.18 in the nova it made it much quicker and seem quicker cause the gears don\'t last as long cause of the shorter gearing and it pullign slightly quicker.

Past that they repsond well to the inlet manifold, tubular exhaust manifold, 264 cams, flowed head and a remap/unichip/\"chip\"

After than you bin everything bar the head and jump to TB\'s forged pistons proper manifold and system etc.... I\'ll be getting mine mapped in the not too distance future so will post up what i\'ve done and whar I get.
Then see what 1/4 times I can put in.
