None of the elctrics worked. i think the main beam works, but the engine was turning over and not firing and the indicators and cd player dosen\'t work. I have been told of a m8 i have blown my ecu. Somebody else said that a blown relay! can ne1 help me? cheers  :o :(

Check your fuse box first, replace anything you have blown, but replacing the downpipe and manifod you don\'t need ot disconnect the battery.

idve said fuses, as the manifold doesnt have any electrical connections it seems to be a mystery? check fuses, then look into relays i spose...... u didnt leave the engine turned over one notch and drain the battery did you :? sounds stupid but easily done?

If you look under the bonnet on the right hand side (i think) there should be a small black box that says fuses/relays, if you take the lid off it and try turning the ignition for a few seconds, then try turning the car over, listen for a clicking noise coming from the relays, if you can hear a clicking then that means that one of your relays has buggered.
