Lowering Springs

Post by Corsa1.2 16v »

Hi

I want to lower my corsa by about 40mm. I cant afford a full kit so I am after some lowering springs.

What are these ones on eBay like? Any other suggestions?

Also, will it improve the handling much?

Any help appreciated
Thanks

Thanks for that.
Will probs go for the G-max then. Are there any other good springs for similar money?

I may also go for the 60mm drop but not sure if my wheels (16\" Corsa-C SRI wheels) will obstruct the arches? Also, not sure if you can drop 60mm on original shocks?

I\'m glad the handling will be improved because its not up to much at the minute!

Just out of interest, how much extra would springs & dampers cost?

Thanks

well tbh i dont think id go for either, save up and get eibach ones instead m8. there the best springs for the corsa b. gmax are ok but there not really anything special. as for dampers and springs, well youll be looking at around £200 4 gmax springs and dampers.
anothe r you wanna stay away from is jamex but i think theyre of a slight better quality then pi
Jamex is Gmax. When Jamex went bust a couple of years ago, the UK importer became Gmax and continued to source the suspension.
