cat p%$£ing me off

Post by amanda »

put cat cleaner in my car yesterday

started the car this morning kicked a load of poo out, it kept wanting to cut out when the revs lowered. did actually cut out a few times, had to keep reving it hard to get all the poo out before i could actually drive it

now i have been told it could just be a lamber sensor not the cat

oh dear, all the poo coming out the back would suggest a cat to me rather then the sensor. or.. a broken baffle in back box causing a back up of exhaust gases and the car to cut out :wiggle:

A lambda sensor tends to give too much revs rather than too little doesn\'t it?
IE burn more fuel?*

Your not having a good time of it recently are you Amanda ?

*I will point out WTF do I know really :)

If you\'ve got an engine management light on, it\'ll probably be EGR valve. Does it stink of raw eggs?
