i think they are saying you can choose between 40/40 or 40/60
60 being the front and 40 the rear.
I\'m not to sure but to change your self definitely for the front you need to have a special tool to compress the front springs otherwise it could end up nasty.
not sure on what else but I\'m sure some 1 else will reply with more knowledge.

Maybe they mean u can decide which springs you want, -60mm or -40mm. For 150 notes plus 15 for p&p you could get yourself a set of Gmax shocks and springs for 200 notes, rather than a company that you have never heard of. More than likely if they break you won\'t have a leg to stand on either were as with the Gmax ones you could just take them back to the shop you brought them from. \"Sports suspension\" he says, yeah my ar*e.

hmm im not convinced they\'d be any good, mainly cos whoever posted the advert cant spell.
the springs and dampers are easy enough to change yourself if you have a haynes manual, and yes you do need spring clamps, they are easy to use tho and straight forward enough once you see them, you just put them on the spring and use a ratchet to compress it.
ps, if you did get stuck changing them (im sure you wont) i dont mind popping by

yeah i agree with coolg whould never buy anything mechanical of ebay unless i went round to see it,
kawika if your have to a suspension kit personaly id look at the classifieds on here or www.corsasport.co.uk and look for a secondhand suspension kit if your on a cheap budget. £164 inc postage is nearley as much as a new gmax suspension kit.
