I\'ve heard that if u get ur car mopped from a garage it come\'s up like it\'s been re-sprayed, any1 done this? if so wat was it like? Sorry if it\'s a repost.... :thumbs:

100£ :lol: alrite!!!! you can pay that or you can get a mate to do it (who is a trainned sprayer)....for 30!

Instead of having it mopped, take it to your uncle that owns his own bodyshop and spray booth.

personally ill do it myself and save loads of time and money and hassle of going about looking for peeps to do it, if you do have dull or scratched paint in most case using a light abrasive compount will hide alot of it its worth getting done if your not happy at the look or even if you selling it
using g3 or simular with the polishing buff will bring most paints up to scratch

this is what is done by most bodyshops as mopping and is easy enough to do by hand if u have the time and patience tbh.i work in a bodyshop and have jus done 106vixs for her and it brought it up shinier than when she bought it. give it a go m8 :thumbs:

and if you own a red vauxhall it can even bring back the value of the car

from pink to red if you have the patience

I\'d rather pay £100 and how the satisfaction of knowin its done right. Any way if i did it, it wouldnt come up right.

cos ive t-cutted all mine and polished it up, but if g3 does a better job then ill have the bodyshop do it when i book my car in for a colour code
