have ya seen the pics of me car i am new to all this email stuff,me sis is always hoggin the p.c so i dont get a sniff on it..... me mate andy sxi took me the basics on how 2 get me car on the site!

Re Chester meets.. do you all still hang around that small car park (think its on \'The Bars\', when we (many many moons ago) used to meet up there, there was a carpet shop.. not sure whats there now. Do you know where I am on about?

nice 1! theirs ont many places we can meet up now... the police said if they catch us on car parks they will take our cars off us... so the only place we go is deeside paper mill on a sunday they call it race nite... u 100s of cars down their racin down a strech of road.. i here i redline mag their is a santa pod race on in august. thinkin of goin 4 the wkend....

Thats the problem with people racing.. it shouldn\'t be all about racing.. see these in one of todays local papers from MK..

Here in MK some senior and regular members from the local cruise site mkcruise attend quarterly meeting with police at a local weatherspoons bar to discuss any issues that they have. Generally the relationship with police here and the cruisers is brilliant. We have even had the local fire brigade down on a sunday night at the cruise demonstrating how they remove people trapped in cars. Thats how it should be. Not racing and basically breaking the law. If people are genuine car enthusiasts they will keep the racing on the track.

Excellent idea. If only the rest of the country could keep it going. When i was down Southend at a Legal Cruise they do now every couple of weeks, the police bring down their Lotus\'s, Evo\'s & Subaru\'s and generally join in, in showing their cars off. Traffic cops should be car enthusiast\'s, rather than just coming down hard on cruisers, otherwise they\'re in the wrong job.

Obviously if you do race, do donuts etc they will come down hard on you at the cruise, but generally they walk around and chat with you. We even got one WPC to sit in the Utopia Van whilst Dave blasted out some tunes and 33hz it!

mate ur rite.... i was smashed in 2 by 2 races last september nealy killed me... i only just got thte car that day... punto gt i did have i had a corsa sxi be4 that wish i kept it now....got a gsi now so its all good! chester has a problem of lads from esle were come down racin around chester, soon as they see cops their off back 2 were they come from leavin the blam 2 us... so i just stay in now an only go to crusises when i here of them.....i will post a picture of me punto on my photos (its all rolled an twisted) wouldent like 2 go though that again...

loads of nice cars down in chester, seen a few subura\'s and a dodge viper, but yeah you\'ll always get racers thinking there boss, if they were really that good at racing why arent they earning thosands of Â£Â£Â£ a week doing it pro, not endangering lives doing it in build up areas with kids and people.

hopefully modified car drivers will soon become respected motorists in the eyes of the law
