Its all gone!

Hey,

Just wanted to say that I wrote my car off last night - a head on collision with a Porsche

I know I havent spoke much but I just wanted to inform you all hehe. What happened was I was giving a girl a lift home, but she needed to stop at her boyfriends house to pickup her phone. When she got back in the car, her boyfriend through something at my car but I thought nothing of it. Well, he must of knew I was going to drop her off, so he followed me to her house and cut me up. He was mouthing off etc, and then started to punch and kick me. The girl got out and tried to stop him, but he seemed pissed. I thought he was going to kill me!

Anyways, I drove off in a hurry, thinking he would chase me (he has a corsa, no idea if hes on this forum!) and I know it was the most stupid mistake ive ever made, but I tried to overtake a car on a hill, and an oncoming Porsche came over the brow of the hill and hit me straight on. I was pretty shuck up, but no major injuries and every1 was ok. Im really gutted about what happens, and I doubt mentioning to the police about how frightened I was will help my cause, but no doubt my license will be taken off me, and my car has gone! EVERYTHING! I grafted my arse off for that little baby, and had loads of ideas for it. Oh well, we all make mistakes, and at least every1 was not seriously injured. Maybe ill buy another corsa for my next car, but nothing can replace my first car!

My mums just sorting out all the insurance/storage costs of the car at the moment, so ill post an update soon to say whats happening. As for then, farewell every1!

sorry to hear that dude, but it was your fault overtaking on a hill is just damn stupid and moves like that deserve you to be kicked of the road tbh. hope you learn from it.

yeh, it was very stupid, but I just acted on my senses as I was frightened he was going to catch me. Yeh, damn right ill learn!

ive had a similar thing happen to me, and it does scare you, i was taking my sister to the big brother auditions in manchester, was about half 5 in the mornin, some pikey come flying up my arse and parked in front of me, leaned out the window and asked me to get in the car with him, i sed no and sped off, monets later the guy was up my arse again,i was lost, went down some street and ended up in a business park, no where to get out, he parked across both sides of the road, i had to drive onto the pavement and i got away, went to police station to explain what happened, and they didnt care!

Words really cannot describe how frightened i was. Possibly the most scared ive been in my life. Just gotta get over it now, and see what happens...

Im thinking about charging him for assault, but that would make him angry and he would probably come after me, but you should see the injuries hes gave me, i have a footprint on my arm! Ahhhh well!

These are the pics of my injuries. Note that the huge bruising is from the guy kicking me, as you can see an \"E\" marked, which was from the sole of his trainer!

f**k thats serious stuff matey, u gotta tell the police what happened it could save your license, as theres a good chance they\'ll want to take you to court on dangerous driving grounds, also if you can get your manager to sign a letter stating you need your car you should be able to keep your license.
take more photos of the injuries and go make a statement now!
hope the girl was worth it mate

ps ive had a brick throw at me by pikeys, and we have the biggest pikey camp in the country up the road to us unfortunally... such f**k aint they! used to be a really nice town

sorry to hear that m8. it wa stupid to over take on hill but i guess u paniked and jus wanted to get away. ye id go to police and make statement showin injuries i agree it cud help save ur licence or mebi reduce the time banned.

dunno wot id do if i wa gettin chased as me 1.2 8v is so fookin slow.

Personally I feel that you should give police a full statement, don\'t leave anything out, then press charges against the lad that assaulted you and when everything goes to court, ie for the car crash and for the assault explain it all again.

It will help your case re the crash if you state to the police/court that the lad who assaulted you was chasing you they might take all of it into consideration.

Will his girlfriend (or ex as she may be now!) give a statement as well and were there any other witnesses to the assault. You will probably find that if he assaulted you like this over a little bit of jealousy that he has committed similar offences in the past and it may be on police file.

ps.. on a lighter note... I\'d do something about your armpit hair
