G\'Day Corsa B members 8)

I have been viewing these forums for the past few days, but I wasn\'t able to use the \"Search\" feature without signing up. after signing up and using the search feature.. I didn\'t find the answers I was looking for, so it looks like I will have to creating a few threads asking for some help/enlightenment.

I have checked out other forums CorsaSport and CorsaCrazy, CC info has been helpful.

anyway abit about myself and my car :|
I\'m a male who is almost 22 y/o (Feb 8th my b-day :D ) and drive a Holden, Barina City \'96

mods:
K&N panel filter
Alpine CDA-9813 head-unit

Tinted windows.

 @ the engine!
Welcome though to the site! It\'s nice to see people from Aus coming along & joining up!

Car looks good though! is it a 1.2 or a 1.4? Either way, the 8v\'s were pretty shocking engines! (well, the NZ ones!) Very tidy & looks in good nik! You have many plans for it? ie, wheels, suspension, kits??

Would say go for a sleeper & have a laugh fitting a 5.7ltr lump from the monaro in the rear

Thanks for the welcome again
nice to see an auzzie who aint obsessed with utes
 .. It\'s more of a Holden Commodore Vs Ford Falcon (vauxhall vs ford) obsession people have here.. for some odd reason you can\'t like both or neither..
two of my friends have utes.. but most of them drive Holden Commodores..

Top speed 150kmh & I think from 0-100kmh it took 17seconds..

the interior needs a clean.. and after cleaning the outside.. give it two days and it will have either bird poo on it or dirt on it.. :(

I was going to get my car sound proofed and then get a 12\" sub & amp.. but have put that off for some 17\" wheels and the full whiteline suspension kit. So I\'ll be raiding my bank account, as I estimate it will cost around $3600 (£1480)
I\'m also looking at better brakes.. as the stock ones aren\'t all that great..

I was looking at getting a mini cooper and saw on a few UK sites they were putting two motorbike engines in them.. to turn them into rockets.

I don\'t mind V8 SuperCars 2 (Toca Race Drive 2) on my PS2.. but I\'m not a fan at watching races.. don\'t mind seeing the big accidents tho :D

Not fair you having Whiteline dedicated over in your country :( we just get dribs&drabs over here!

mind I\'m not too hot on how you all style your Barina\'s, do you go OTT with jap-style kits, go smooth & subtle, kinda German styling as it were, or something else?

sach has quite a few nice lookin Corsa\'s in his Album, may be worth a look! He seems quite a big fan of the Euro/German styling!

My personal fav though has to be the Reiger RS Kit with the GTC Bonnet... Smoothed in arches, running 14x8 deep-dish alloys...
