check simple things 1st plug lead
check which cylinder it is while running pull the ht leads of one at a time (use insulated tool ie plastic or make sure you are not earthed wear trainers or rubber soles cos it hurts otherwise 24-27,000 volts) and listen
if engine note changes, if it does its not that one! one of them will make no difference thats the culprit cylinder!

Did you tighten it up with a torque wrench though because my mechanic mate did mine with one because apparently there is a set depth that the plugs should be set at. dont quote me on this though as i dout it matters much.

i had the same problem after doing my head gasket. turned out one plug was dirty, cleaned it off and replaced it and then i was running 4 again. As for the certain depth, i just used an impact socket and cranked them up tight but not over-tight. hope this helps.

yep the spark plugs are meant to be a certain tightness to keep the gap from fuel to spark the same
yep slap a new set of plugs in, for the cost and the reassurance its worth it.
still no go?
Go for the new leads
still problems its getting pretty major, off to the garage with it
