No, for track for Avos but as new they\'re sooo expensive.
You want to find some secondhand ones for a bargain.

or Gaz shocks.
You\'ll want some higher poundage springs than normal due to silly engine in there.
Also rod end\'d TCA\'s amd the tie bar mounts lower 1\" will make a big different.
Also stich welding the whole shell inch for inch would help matters no end. Oh and abotu 2-3 -ve rear camber will stop oversteer lots.
40% plate diff be a plan too. oh and a decent 6pt rolcage to stiff things up would do it.

Get them direct from Gaz. http://www.gaz-shocks.com/
The Avo kit is coilovers front, shocks and springs rear.
Adjustable front, fixed rear.

Height adjustment isn\'t a problem, it\'s the camber adjustment you get of FKs, etc that causes the trouble.
Height is the easy one!

was going to add that it\'sbst to have the camber castor toe all done by a pro place to get the most out of your set up.

Can be good, can be bad - depends on whether you can adjust it.
FK\'s aren\'t great for track though - they\'re designed for soaking up bumps on the road.

For track, stick to fixed damper rate.

I know that they are slightly different but i used to have a C20XE Nova, i ran Bilsteins (-40mm drop all round, fixed damping) to begin with which were good for the road, but then i changed them to AVO.
Talk about hold the road!!
-60mm drop all round with adjustable damping, i got them from either PMC or www.tuning.co.uk they are priced POA so just drop them an e-mail.
Also Poly bushes are a must!

I wouldn\'t worry about ride heights on the track - just get an out of the box Koni kit if you\'re buying new, or get the Avo kit I\'m flogging for a bargain
