i want to smooth my archs and side skirts into my car shall i use fibre glass first to stop the filler from cracking, and also should i just use the fibre glass on the bit where the arch and skirt meet the bodywork or over the hole lot

Yes mate fibreglass it on untill you get the desired finish then go over it ligtly with filler.

Should look good when it\'s done.

Oh make sure you rub it down to take the lacquer off the paint forst or it will crack and fall off.

tigerseal and sikaflex are flexible adhesives used by many bodyshops and shipyards, its strong as f**k, flexible so it wont crack, sandable, and paintable.
Correct me if I\'m wrong but fibreglass cracks after so long.

sikaflex and tigerseal are wot you say they are but will not achieve the desired effect in this situation.you are better off using fiberglass first but use matting and not just p40 filler, as matting will give a stronger bond (less likely to crack) then a slight skim off filler over the top to get a smooth finish.
