Hi all,
I have a 1.7 diesel envoy which does not have a rev counter fitted as standard Is it possible to retro fit one from a model that does?
Would a petrol one work?
Cheers,
Spud.

Hi, i think all models had the loom fitted for a rev counter.
Just plug your new clocks in and try them.

Ive been told not to swap the diesel and petrol clocks around. (i wanted a diesel set in mine as my local scrappy had plenty of diesel corsas and combos in)
If you get a set out of a diesel and there the same as your clocks. i.e. electronic speedo/cable driven speedo, then they shall go in. If you have the wrong one they wont simply plug and play, ull have to prat about with the wiring, which i chose not to do.
