Roof Lining
how is the roof lining stuck to the roof, is it glued on or does it just stay up when all the pannels are in place

Theres 3 bolts of some sort at the rear window. I only know this much due to mine not being there and the roof lining hanging down a tad.......
I think you have to remove all of the plastic interior that ends near the roof, i.e a-pillar plastics, b-pillar plastics etc etc etc, and even then i think theres still more bolts and poo u have to take out.
I have been told its an absolute f*ck on changing the roof lining, as my mate works on the combos and corsas every day as a mechanic/fitter, and he said hes had to change one once, and he\'s never done it since!
He told me its not too much of a job to get the lining off.....but he said when you put a new one in, its a badger as you have to line everything up before you start putting the bolts in, he said it takes a few off you to do it, and its a f*ck on
Hope that helps!

Whilst you\'re discussing head linings, will it be a big job to lower a section of the head lining enough to put in a CB antennae in the middle of the roof? I would just need it low enough to tighten up the mount and wire up the co-ax!! and then refit the headlining.
Without you can think of somewhere else to stick it? (Ooh -err!! Please keep answers clean )
Cheers,
Spud.
