Couple of questions... this is my list of things i need have i missed anything?
Engine with gearbox and all gubbins etc.
Engine Mount Kit (Guy selling a kit on Migweb for £100 for PAS corsas)
Shafts (Can i use the exsisting GSi shafts with outer corsa CVs and mk2 cav 1600 inners?)
power cap to replace SFi box
Induction kit
Already got coilovers and 16v brakes in the shed.
How does the exhaust downpipe mate to the exsisting corsa exhaust?
whats the wiring like? is it easy
Also what XE lump so i can use the existsing power steering in the car? do i need a wide belt XE lump (will it fit?) and what fan belt do i use??

Danny J as in C-Side Danny J?
You\'ll need spacers for the ARB to fit.
You\'ll need to modify the gear linkage.
I think the exhaust downpipe needs shortening and possibly the angle changing. Can tell you for sure when my engine arrives next week.
You can use any XE lump but each model has its own advantages apparently.
Wiring is pretty simple, i think you just need to wire it in colour for colour, or a guy will modify the loom so it plugs straight into the Corsa for £35...you supply the loom.

Oh and you need some extra mounting plate for the PAS to work.

I\'m breaking a Corsa that\'s already been converted with an XE - you can have the whole conversion including the loom, etc. No need to scratch your head with this one
No more Corsa :(

If you could do the lot for £600 i\'d be tempted, but i plan on using cav CVs for cost cutting not the conversion shafts and hubs
sorry mate
PS i\'ve already brought your coilovers anyway

When your hubs fail and your shafts break, give me a call
Don\'t stop at coilovers!

XE\'s have a habit of doing that anyway, regardless of how you build your conversion.
