took my dials out yesterday and replaced them with white dials, too my horror i found that some badger had took the Engine management light out aswell as the ABS light, never knew i had ABS till yesterday lol, any ideas why ppl do this, cause the bulb for the engine management was just smashed as if they had run it up the wall and put it back in...... all this time ive had problems and the light has never come on lol but found out yesterday there never was one in

on the corsa when you start the engine the ecu and the abs lights come on for a few seconds whats the abs and ecu doing a self test. if you have got abs there will be a abs pump under the bonnet.(on the right hand side as you open the bonnet)

sometimes \'rogue\' traders will remove the EML light to sell an otherwise fooked car!
get it checked out, just incase something isn\'t right still!
And as for ABS, the bulb is only fitted if the car has it, not all cars are fitted with ABS, but the location holder in the dials remains!
Just look under the bonnet, passenger side, for the ABS servo unit, will have 6 brake lines attached to it (green metal tubes)m or check behind the passenger kickpanel for the ABS ECU... if its not there, then dont worry about the ABS
