After a few texts to robin it was decided to pull the head off and see what caused the engine to run out of water....
upper inlet off:
locating the head bolts:
head now off:
originally we thought the head gasket had gone, i felt guilty about this as i did the head gasket anyway after pulling hte head off i found the cause of the water leak, the water hose on the back of the head had worked its way off:
the heagd gasket is fine:
but the head is warped now due to the engine over heating.... never mind! time for new engine and more power i do believe!
How was your morning
Ooops, now iv gone and done it
