Just wondering, how easy is it to get a cigarette lighter fitted onto my Corsa? its 1997 (with v grill) p reg, just want one so i can get a phone charger :P lol and also thinking about installing interior neon\'s (i think i need cigarette wiring or something like that)....i know i\'m wrong somewhere!! tell me please! :P lol

Just get the lighter barrell fromvx and it slides in the hole behind the blanking cover, and then plug the plug in whihc will be lurking behind the panel.

I had the same thing. \'98 corsa 1.0 12V, no extras. I got a barrel from halfords with some wire and connectors as my mate and I couldn\'t find anything already in the car.

A feed from the positive battery terminal, with an inline fuse, and another wire grounded (There was a bolt easy to get to in the engine bay, drivers side)

Easy, took 20 mins if that.

now I can charge my phone in the car. Great, since I keep forgetting to do it at home :thumbs:

I would also really appreciate help in this. Please bear in mind I don't know anything at all about car electronics...but I do have ample amounts of common sense!

i got 1 from halfords and wired it to the positive and negitive wires for my headunit
