Yorkshire motorshow

10th and 11th June 2006 @ Pickering showground - Anybody going to this, i went to last years Yorkshire Show and it weren\'t to bad for a localish show. This years is on both the Saturday and Sunday.

btw the event is ONLY going to be on the sunday 11th June now, think its something to do with one of the world cup games on the saturday.

well according to the ebsite they have for the show it says they are going to be showingt he football on the big screen so people dont miss it

are you sure thats the pickering show gareth,

the Northern street car show is the one at Pickering on the A169, ive got the application form and it says sunday 11th june only. so i think you might be getting confused with another show mate.

Entrance to this show is £5 for spectators,

well who went then, i saw 1 or 2 peeps off here inc jj and thats about it, show was ok but i felt there was a lack of trade stand, also dont know if it was me but some of the quality of the cars was terrible, there was a paxo there i think it was with a great crack in the bumper however there was some nice cars there, liked the workmanship in the green sparkly cavalier and the flip painted purple focus, there was a few nice corsa bs around aswell. also on saturday night i heard there was a lot of trouble, apparenlty some prick in a sierra went into a tree, there was vandals wrecking signs and other items, which i find an utter disgrace. The weather was nice anyway and i got a huge tan lol. i didn\'t get any pics as i didn\'t take a camera, but will try and source some. ;D
