Meet?
Would anyone be up for a corsa-b Yorkshire meet sometimes soon, probably end of November or sometime in December as theres not really much happening at the min. I know i said in a previous thread that this section doesn\'t have enough members. But it would be good to get to know 1 or 2 people before all the shows etc start.
So would anyone be up for something? or should i leave it till 2006.
, i was thinking of organizing something in the Scarborough area. end of November/ Early Decemeber
add your name to the list if your interested, if we get 7-8 members on the list than i will get something sorted. I could probably ask on a few local cruise boards etc aswell.

Meet?
Id be up for it problem is most people have put away there cars for the winter and i know my wheels will be coming off soon (dont want the chromes to get chipped ).
I know a few other who would probably come along too.
I think leaving it till after winter tbh but i think a meet is definatly a good idea!

Meet?
Had a drive round Scarb lastnight, the marine car park area nr the oasis cafe is not a to bad place but im afraid its not 100% ideal as the police are down there most nights ( i think ) catching speeding motorists, so where most probably going to get moved on if we have a meet there.
Another possible optian is burniston road car park, but again i think its in more of a residential area where we could get bothered by police.
best place i was probably thinking if we decide on a meet in scarborough is the mcd\'s car park just on the outskirts of scarb where the morrisons is. that way where out of public interference.
Need other peoples opinions though really where we should hold a meet in Yorkshire. if anybody has any good suggestions please reply below.

Any of them places would do, i agree that what we dont need is any hassle from the police so as long as we keep it away from residential areas and of course we are sensible i shouldn\'t see too many problems.
btw tom ive added you to msn but you havent accepted me yet. Get me added mate and we can come up with some places to hold the meet

Right think im going to keep this meet on hold for a while, until theres another scarboroughcruise, this way if theres a poor attendance people furthur afield won\'t have wasted a Journey as theres a backup location for everyone. I noticed at the last cruise a lot of clubs like corsa-c and astra-sport have club convoys at this cruise, so i think it would do corsa-b some good to get the club advertised. I know its probably a month or two before another scarby cruise, but it gives us time to get organized etc. ill give more details etc nearer the time like.

well who think we should organize something soon, there\'s absolute no activity in here at all atm, plus the weathers getting better and the nights are lighter etc. think it will be after pvs before something is organized like. just need a list of people who would be interested. we need at least 5-6 cars otherwise it just wont be worth organizing. i know corsasport have had yorkshire meets in York, i think this is quite a good location has its central.
