since ive had little chloe, i have noticed that the revs drop dramtically and i was getting worried

i called a mobile machanic and he just ran the computer through the car.....

yes there was a fault

REPLACE ECU OR PROM


im not very happy..... he has cleared the fault and ive just took her out.... but problem still there...

oh well.... new ecu on the modification list to!

could probably get one from a scrappy for a lot less than you\'d pay new

yep a new one from vauxhall is £800 ....

if i get one from a scrappers i could get away with not rpogramming it if i get the right one.... if not means a trip to vauxhall to have it programmed

yer, i had a problem with engine electrics, and my dad said it might be the ecu, so we went to a scrappy and they had the right car, so we took it, only £15, still got it, probs wont use it, just for a rainy day

hope i can get one that cheap ... car is still running.... and even tho im a learn i can still stop it from dropping its revs so it isnt an issue yet.... but ive been told what to look out for when it is about to completely go

if you take off the drivers footwell cover the ecu is in there if you get the numbers off it ill see what ive got
