I agreed to buy a bodykit from the for sale section on here advertised by draper, long story short paid him 350 through paypal, never saw the bodykit, he hasnt been online since 16th june and paypal have just tried to get my money back only to find they can recover £49.43,so ive been done out of £300, im so angry its unreal. NEVER EVER deal with this person

If you cant get in contact with him contact paypal again and see what thay can do. do you have his details ?

If paypal cant do anything take it further and report it as a fraud to your bank (if you have fraud protection on your debit/credit card) if not file a complaint with the police or take him to the small claims court but that will cost you £30ish to do seem like a clear cut case of fraud/deception

i know what you mean tho £350 is a lot of money to most people

dont have any details apart from 2 email addresses (one off here and one i sent money to via paypal)

paypal should have his details on file you need to speak to them really once you have contact detail you can go from there
