tv spedo

ok
this is gona sund a little random but how hard would it b to put a tv screen wehre the spedo sits so basically u have rev counter speed and all that displayed on teh screen rather than on the dials
probably b like well expensive to do but thought it would b a nice touch
and at shows u could just switch it to play a movie or something
well i duno just a thought

i remeber seeing a HUD gps system that someone made on tv which had speed and rpm on it but he had built a pc in the car to do it and the speed came off the gps so its do-able but it\'d cost alot and i\'m not sure how legal it\'d be

well couldnt u put the tv where the spedo is and build a surround so it sits like ontop of the spedo so like therieticaly u could just take it all out like a unit
sorry i cant really explain what i mean
what i was thinking was hooking the satnav up to another screen and getting some software made so like it would have like grafical display and stuff
i know may seem a bit far fetched but just think it would look really different
was just on the way home from town the other day and thought a tv would sit in that space really nicely

u can ger a screen hooked up 2 a pc of of some sort wich has mp3/dvd player and gprs under a Â£800 i seen them.
