Getting door locks "re tumbled"

Mate has bought a 98 Combo, can the door locks be retumbled by the dealer?

The back door has been changed and whoever did it didnt change the lock/door handle so there isnt a key for it so the tumblers inside the lock need changing, I can do it as its easy but need tumbler pins

i very much doubt it but i think vx will supply you a new lock to match the rest of the locks as long as you have the key number

A decent locksmith may be able to do it for you but havnt a clue on the costs
