thing is you have too much bass kickin outa ya 6x9s the sound will destort n ull av 2 amp them to stop that, so you should just leave the bass to a sub, however anyway these r probs the best for bass, but like i said you\'d probably av to amp them.

said it before and i will say it again dont bother with 6x9s if you want bass get a decent sub/amp in the boot and a set of comps in the front amped to keep the sound stage up front (you dont sit in the back do you). If you want a bit of rear fill a pair of coaxails run off the HU are plenty upto the job

If you run 6x9 in the rear self and a sub in the boot because there are sharing the same air the sub will cancel out the bass freq from the 9x6 and make then sound carp (6x9\'s have carp sq anyway)

Just ask any of the guys over the talkaudio and icecavern forums about 6x9s and there tell you the same

If you wanna sitck with the stuff you all ready got sound deading the doors/boot will make a big improvment as you wont lose half the sound through the vibration it the cars trim/panels imho it worth ever penny a bulk pack will set you back £100-120 and thats enough to do 2 door and the boot

All depends on how much bass you really want. A sub gives too much bass for me, i\'m quite happy with the 6x9\'s my mate gave me for free. but then, i\'m easilly pleased :P

Heard that the alpine type r stuff is decent, just have a look in the back of max power or something, theres loads of good deals in there.
