mounting front fog lights

hi, im not sure where to mount the brackets for my fog lights, iv tried on the front grille where the towing hook is and took it to an MOT testing garage and they said it would fail as they\'re sticking out to far, so next idea was to bolt them to the main chassis that goes across just under the radiator this way the brackets wud be on a 90\' angle and the actual lights more set into the bumper rather than sticking out, hope you have some ideas, thanks, andy

hmm, yeh could do, prolly either bolt them to the metal framework, or cut holes into bumper, but i think ill jus go for it and take front bumper off and bolt them to metal and then still got standard bumper, no insurance affects and got my fogs in...i will bare other ideas in mind though, cheers, andy

how come, if i bolt them to that then they;; jus poke through the grille surely..iv jus taken some pics so you can see what they lok like, and then wen iv moved em, theyll go where they are but jus set back enough to be flush...

yeh there in a good position there i was wondering ne other alternatives to bolt them to so they dnt stick so far out, and only idea i came up with was the main chassis jus below the rad, but in the same place if ya get me....thats as far as iv got lol

Got a question, did they make a corsa with front foglights standard becides the GSI cus i neva sin 1 :S

arr thought so, i wanted front foglamps but, wanted 2 lop a bumper on wi the mounthings, anyone know where i cn get a GSI bodykit? lol

cheerz will do,
but 4get da bumpers 4 da moment, i cn get hold of sum GSI skirts, u think they wud look alright wi the standard bumpers?
waz thinkin bout sprayin em black, 2 match the bumpers, *was also guna get the bumpers sprayed but black,
u think it wud look a badger or woot?
