Rear speakers (again!)

Post by Jonv9.6 »

Alright guys?!

Right I\'ve been looking through all the previous posts to try to find this out without posting but haven\'t managed to find out.

Getting to the wires for the rear speakers isn\'t going to be a problem. And getting the correct size of speakers isn\'t going to be a problem. But how do you actually get the existing rear speakers out to replace them?! Are they just screwed in?! Do you have to take the mesh cover off to get new speakers in? I just want to replace the existing ones with some sweet 10cm pioneer speakers so I\'m not looking to cut the shelf and fit 6x9\'s.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers!

You have to take the rear 1/4 trims out (the bit that hold the parcel shelf up) there held in with 6-7 torx screws ans a few plastic studs/clips the speakers just twist out of its mount

as it been said before you will get 5 1/4\" 13 cm speakers in the rear standard locations

if you get stuck all the info is in the haynes manual
