for an MOT do u need to b able to check the rear seat belts even if u cant get into the back?i have been told you do but jus wanna check?also if u remove rear seats do u have to declare as a 2 seater to the dsa?like u wud do an engine swap?sorry if im bein kinda vague but its l8.lol.

as far as i know rear seatbelts arent really bothered with in the MOT, but if the tester is bitchy, you MIGHT have issues...

I think u might still have to have them... altho i don\'t... i also have a 2 seater... u don\'t need to tell ne one barrin ur insurance
