Short Shifting

How can i convert my corsa to a short shift gear box? where and how much will it cost? is it worth it? anyone got their corsa short shifted? any difference in performance?

any info will be appreiciated

take it you mean a short throw gear linkage as short shiftin is changin up a gear without using all the revs and thrashin your engine either that or a close ratio gearbox where it will rev through the gears quicker but loss some top end... If its the first your after it just reduces the time it takes to change gear the quickest easyest and cheapest way is to just chop an inch or 2 off your gear leaver then refit your gear knob will reduce the throw of your gear stick quite a bit and in tear help you ghange gears faster...
