bit of progress today

fitted rear suspension, fitted headlights, waxoiled rear arch`s,

some pics,,

before lowering the rear, "the front has alredy been done"
Image
Image

old suspension off
Image

comparing the vaux top mount to aftermarket top mount, i decided the same as last time i did my suspension to use the vaux top mount as its fatter and more substansial, ive heard aftermarket topmount knock occasionly, so to prevent this i used the vaux top mount

Image

i wire brushed the inner arch and like the front got half a lawns worth of soil out :!

Image

all wire brushed down
Image

new suspension in, and waxoiled

Image

Image

and how it sits now

and my new headlight arrived so i fitted them up aswell

tonights job was, a hours worth,
was in work all day so did this before

got some rear speakers,
and fitted them to rear panels

speakers,
Image

and them fitted to the panel
Image

not bothered about the colour, you cant see them, they dont have to be amazing etc as there only there for rear fill and i decided these would be more subtle than the 6x9's

dynamat has better deadening properties

ive used both the flashing stuff and dynamat

the flashing is good for your boot but for the doors its not good enuff
