Update 21-02-2005

Few updates today...

1. Updated phpbb to latest version (2.0.12)
2. Added Watermarking system to Album
3. Uploaded & Added Forum Rules (please see above)
4. Changed the Layout of the Menu at the top of the page
5. Added a new Banning System, which I hope shall never be used!
6. Fixed a small scripting issue regarding Posting
7. Added a new forum called \'Off Topic\' where you can chat about anything (although the Forum Rules do still apply). Posts in this forum DO NOT increase your post count.
8. Fixed problems with Classifieds & Regionals where it was saying you need to be a Moderator to access. There re-opened!
9. Added \'Favorite Forum\' listing in Users Profile, which shows where that user is most active.
10. Added \'Show All\' option to display all the posts in large topics on one page to save scrolling through all the pages.

All topics which are in Off-Topic don\'t go towards your post count total, hence why post-counts have been reduced!
