right i've been driving about A year now, and i'm looking at changing my car (from a 97 corsa). the thing is i cover a reasonable mileage each week and i'm begging to think that a diesel maybe the way forward to try and save some cash on fuel. Basically what i need to know is whats the 04 plate 1.3 cdti like to drive?
my local dealer has one going at a good price with really low mileage so i'm quite tempted/

Thats what I sat my driving test in, only drove it for my driving test however as the instructor decided to use his new car on the day of my test.

I thought it was quite like a petrol, with respect to acceleration response, didnt seem to lag like the 1.7 Diesel that i learnt in.
Apart from that I didnt really take much else in about it.

Just don't get the 75bhp version! I have driven one and they are completely gutless.
