Earth in the boot?

Just bought a sub + amp off my m8 £40 for a 400watt 4chnl Nikia Amp and a 1400watt 15inch xplod sub

works perfect only one detail, i cant find a good earth
at the moment i got it attached to the body under the carpet and that seems to be alright, however it keeps cutting off

is there an earth wire in the boot i can tap in to or should i just drill a hole in the boot and create a new one?

Earth it to one of the bolts which holds the rear light in place - is where I used to earth mine!

that or undo one of the bolts for a seat belt depending on how your install is installed...

my earth is on 1 of the bolts that hold the light in, matey that had the car b4 me put it above the rear suspension some where cnt remember off the top of my head where

well i dont have it now but...
id originaly done it to the earth behind the offside rear light, there was an earth cable bolted on the body, just used that worked a treat
