Was O_o freezing.
But a quality day out.
Met Paul and gave him a run in his GSI, although embarrasingly got my worst SQM time of the day (18.114), but jedi reactions of the lights!
Good to meet ya mate u seem a top bloke
even tho u beat me
Best result was beating a Polo 1.6GTI by 0.0380secs
1/4 mile time at 17.427 secs @ 78.14mph

Well I just updated my 1/4 mile times... 16.419@82.3mph... pretty good
Aye was good seein you stuart - top bloke yaself! Shame no-one else turned up tho
Quite a few cars went \'pop\' tho, there was a Rover I think which blew its bottom end out on the Saturday & then they spent half an hour cleaning the oil off the track!
All fun tho! Well impressive

What about the standard Corsa GSi that pulled a 15.9

I raced him & got a bad time
He had stripped the rear out & also removed the air filter completely! We were chatting all down the line, he ran a 16.3 before that if I remember correctly...
I had a full interior & ICE tho...

I had a proper poo start tho on the night one... 1.3 seconds
Me and emma went to get some tea, and when we got back the track was closed as there had been a nasty smash! Didnt find out any more than that though!
btw, that was me against the GSi which pulled a 15.9...
